Services Refund Policy:

At Wessel Media, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service to enhance their business growth. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund policy on all services purchased. For services to be refundable here are the stipulations:

-Wessel Media was unable to provide a minimum of 10 qualified leads within the first 30-days of turning on the client's ads (Clients' products or services being sold for R5 000 - R 20 000 per sale).

-Wessel Media was unable to provide a minimum of 5 qualified leads within the first 30-days of turning on the client's ads (Clients' products or services being sold for R20 000 or more per sale).

-Minimum ad spend of R5000.

Courses Refund Policy:

At Wessel Media Academy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products to enhance their business growth. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund policy on all courses purchased.

Refund Process:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date or from the ads launch date if you purchased a service. To initiate the refund process, please contact our team lead at henry@wesselmedia.co.za with your full name and reason for requesting a refund.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and process your refund accordingly. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to be processed and reflected in your account.

Disclaimer:

At Wessel Media Academy, we are committed to transparency and honesty in our business practices. We may share average results that our past and current clients have achieved when working with us. However, it's important to understand that these results are not a guarantee of success for every individual.
