Refund Policy And Disclaimers
SERVICE REFUND POLICY (30-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE)
At Wessel Media, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service to enhance their business growth. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we offer a 30-day performance guarantee on our services, subject to the conditions below:
“Results” refer to active campaigns and the generation of measurable marketing activity (such as impressions, clicks and leads) within 30 days of campaign launch.
A “Qualified Lead” is a lead that:

Provides valid contact details.
-
Shows genuine interest.
-
Meets the agreed targeting criteria.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS
You may qualify for a Service Fee refund if:

A minimum ad spend of R8,000 or R5,000 (as per your SLA) was used; AND
-
Fewer than:
-
10 qualified leads were generated (for products/services under R20,000); OR
-
5 qualified leads were generated (for products/services above R20,000).

The guarantee will ONLY APPLY IF the client:
-
Complied fully with the SLA;
-
Followed Wessel Media’s strategies and advice;
-
Properly followed up on all leads;
-
Made reasonable efforts to convert leads; and
-
Acted in good faith.
Refunds will NOT be granted where underperformance results from:

Failure to follow up on leads;
-
Deviation from agreed strategy;
-
Poor internal sales execution;
-
Changes to offer, pricing, or positioning during the campaign;
-
Factors beyond Wessel Media’s control;
-
Misrepresentation or withheld information; or
-
Where the client generated R23,000 or more in revenue during the 30-day period.
Important note:
-
Advertising spend is non-refundable.

All refund claims are subject to internal review.

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days after the 30-day period ends.

Wessel Media reserves the right to verify campaign performance and lead quality.
To request a refund:

Email thanica.duplessis@wesselmedia.co.za and include your full name and reason for the request.

Once received, your request will be reviewed.
-
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

At Wessel Media, we value transparency and may share average results achieved by past and current clients. However, these results are not a guarantee of success and may vary..
We provide the tools, strategies, and leads to support your success, but implementation and execution remain the Client’s responsibility. Wessel Media is responsible for generating quality leads and will be measured on it.
While our services are results-driven, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or sales, as success depends on individual effort and follow-up.
